Where is my order?
Tracking is emailed after dispatch. It may take several days before the first movement appears. Please check the estimated delivery window before contacting us.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us immediately. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has started.
Can I return an item?
Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please read the Shipping & Returns page and contact us before sending anything back.
Can you help with wedding ties?
Yes. Tell us the colour, quantity, event date and style you are looking for, and we will help identify suitable options.
Do you offer free delivery?
Free tracked delivery is available on qualifying orders. The current delivery offer is shown at checkout and in the site announcement bar.
How quickly will you reply?
We aim to respond as promptly as possible during normal business days. Complex tracking or supplier enquiries may require additional investigation.
