We may collect information:

  • Directly from you when you order, register, contact us, subscribe or submit a form
  • Automatically through cookies and similar website technologies
  • From payment providers, delivery carriers, fulfilment partners and marketplace services
  • From advertising, analytics and social-media platforms when permitted by their settings and applicable law

5. Who may receive information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the business. These may include:

We may also transfer relevant information as part of a genuine sale, restructure or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.

6. International processing and fulfilment

Ty’s operates internationally and may use suppliers, fulfilment partners, carriers and technology providers located outside your country. As a result, personal information may be processed in Australia, the United States, China and other locations used by our providers.

Delivery details must be shared with the supplier, fulfilment centre and carrier responsible for sending your order. We take reasonable steps to work with reputable providers, but privacy protections may differ between countries.

7. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Cookies and similar technologies may remember your cart, maintain your account session, protect the website, understand site usage and measure advertising.

You can usually restrict cookies through your browser or through any consent controls provided on the website. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the store or checkout from working correctly.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising or analytics activities may be treated as “sharing”, targeted advertising or a similar concept under certain privacy laws. Where required, additional controls or opt-out choices will be provided.

8. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including order support, legal claims, fraud prevention, tax and accounting obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards. However, no website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Complete payment-card details are generally collected and processed by the selected payment provider rather than stored directly by Ty’s.

9. Children’s privacy

The store is intended for customers who are able to enter into a purchase transaction. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children for behavioural advertising or independent account use.

A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
